JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Systems Specialist II to implement and maintain technical processes related to various file transfers and system integrations within our organization. The successful candidate will oversee MOVEit Automation SFTP file transfers, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange with third-party vendors. This includes managing key processes such as the FirstSource Refund file, Appeals Files to Parkland, 835 download files, Moncrief files for payment/write-off, and the 270/271 TMHP process. Additionally, the role involves handling daily and weekly tasks, including accepting Statements, Rad Onc monthly write-offs, new pay code setup requests, MATCH RMO’s PB, ARD out-of-balance/TCN files, and paper claims processing (both electronic and manual). The specialist will also be responsible for managing error files (Moncrief and Waystar downloads), as well as HB/PB cash drawer reconciliations. This position does not support H1B visa sponsorship.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

- Education
High School Diploma
- Experience
5 years of computer operation, programming, or IT experience in a business setting or equivalent experience, including at least
1 year as Software Systems Specialist I or equivalent
An equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of the stated requirements.
JOB DUTIES
- Participates in analysis of software system problems of moderate complexity and formulates and implements solutions to such problems.
- Performs programming, testing, and documentation.
- Recommends development of system routines needed for efficient use of computer system resources; designs approved routines; oversees implementation.
- May specialize in specific area of system software, such as telecommunications or information systems with responsibility for implementation and maintenance.
- Participates in planning of enhancements and modifications to software; identifies impact of such changes.
- Trains Software Systems Specialists I as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
